Services · How we work

Measurement first, opinions second, code last.

§ 01

We instrument before we recommend.

Most consultancies show up with a deck. We show up with a fetch interceptor and 24 hours of read-only access. By the time we open our mouths we already know more about your token economics than your invoice does.

§ 02

The report is the product.

Code patches are downstream of a written report. The report names the bug, links the post-mortem, and shows the math. If the report is wrong we don't ship the patch — we go back and re-measure.

§ 03

We open-source the boring parts.

cc-interceptor, cc-coffee, the readings format. Anything that benefits from being shared, gets shared. Your engagement's value is in the configuration and the judgment, not the source code.

§ 04

One careful editor reads everything.

Every report goes through the same human who edits the blog. Opus does the heavy work; the judgment is ours. You're hiring the judgment, not the agents.

How an engagement runs
Day 0

Inquiry

You send a note. We ask for read-only access to the relevant logs.

Days 1–3

Instrument

We deploy measurement. Nothing changes in your fleet yet.

Days 4–5

Read

We compile the readings. You get the first draft of the report.

Day 7

Deliver

Written report, walkthrough, prioritized fix list. You decide what to do next.
